Susan, our Office Manager, has been with Progressive for 9 years.  She supervises the scheduling of templates and installs. She likes guiding customers through the exciting process of renovating their homes. Her hobbies include gardening and refurbishing furniture. Susan is a mother of four and volunteers her time to support  her two youngest, who are in the marching band. This New York native is a sports fan, who loves her Mets, Giants, and Rangers.
